President:  Elected for a term of two years, the President presides over all organizational and Executive Committee meetings. The President with the approval of the Executive Committee, appoints chairpersons for all committees. 

Vice President:  Elected for a term of two years, the Vice-president shall serve as chairperson of the Program Committee unless otherwise directed by a majority vote of the Executive Committee. The Vice-President shall perform any other duties assigned by the President, and in the absence of the president, performs the duties of that office. 

Secretary: Elected for a term of two years, the Secretary keeps complete and correct minutes of organizational and Executive Committee meetings. The Secretary also coordinates and retains all external correspondence. 

Treasurer:  Elected for a term of two years, the Treasurer keeps records of all financial transactions, receipts and disbursements; collects all dues and assessments and makes payments on organizational expenses.  The Treasurer presents monthly reports to the Executive Committee and semi-annual financial reports to the organization as a whole. 

Assistant Treasurer: Elected for a term of two years, the Assistant Treasurer serves as a member of the Membership Committee and performs other duties assigned by the Treasurer. The Assistant Treasurer performs the duties of the Treasurer in the absence of the latter individual. 

Meeting Scribe: Elected for a term of two years, the Meeting Scribe will write reviews of the monthly program and provide a written copy of each review to the Newsletter Editor for inclusion into the RVCWRT Newsletter. 

Dinner Meeting Coordinator: Elected for a term of two years, the Dinner Meeting Coordinator is responsible for making arrangements with Brock’s Restaurant for the monthly dinner meeting, to include providing group reservations and audio-visual support requirements for guest speakers. 

Membership Committee Chairperson: Elected for a term of two years, the Membership Committee Chairperson is responsible for organizing and coordinating activities designed to encourage enrollment of new members and the retain existing members. The Membership Chairperson will periodically report the status of membership rolls at RVCWRT meetings and also participate in Executive Committee meetings. 

Scholarship Chairperson: Elected for a term of two years, the Scholarship Chairperson is responsible for the administration of the Annual RVCWRT Scholarship Program. 

  

Other Executive Committee Members 

Executive Committee Members-at-large: Elected for a term of two years, Executive Committee Members-at-large are responsible for participating in Executive Committee meetings and assisting the Round Table officers in overall management of the RVCWRT.
